OENOLOGICAL INFORMATION: Fermentation: at 20- 25°C for 15 days in stainless steel 316 containers. Refining method and period before bottling: 12 months in stainless steel tank.

ORGANOLEPTIC EXAM: It is a vigorous and consistent structured wine, characterized by ruby red colour. At the nose it’s pleasingly spicy (tobacco and cherry); while at taste it’s dry, intense and harmonious.

GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS: Red meat, game and cheese. SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18°C
